Dick van Lankeren Matthes
Dick spent 18 years as an attorney at Loyens & Loeff, one of the largest independent law firms in continental Europe, working from its offices in Amsterdam, Tokyo and Paris. He managed the firm's international Banking & Finance practice across the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland. In 2019 he founded and led the firm's Transaction Innovation Team.

Sietske van 't Hooft
Sietske spent 13 years at Loyens & Loeff, most recently as a partner in the Banking & Finance practice, working from Amsterdam, New York and Tokyo.
Since 2019 she has worked as an independent legal innovation consultant, side by side with legal teams on documentation, workflows and legal know-how.
